2. Continuing Education Requirements

Some programs may qualify for continuing education credit through approved CE organizations. To receive CE credit, participants must:

• View all required course materials
• Complete the post-test with a passing score
• Complete the course evaluation
• Provide accurate participant information

Certificates are issued only after all requirements are met.

3. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Refunds are available for 14 days after purchase, provided the course has not been completed and no certificate has been issued. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@kellymcdanieltherapy.com.

If a course is cancelled by Kelly McDaniel Therapy, participants will receive a full refund or access to a rescheduled program at no additional cost.

No refunds will be issued once the course is completed or a certificate has been generated.

4. Access and Use of Course Materials

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal and professional development only.

You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Copy, distribute, or publish course content
• Record or download videos beyond what is provided
• Repurpose or resell any materials from the course

Violation of these responsibilities may result in removal from the course without refund.

8. Disclaimer

9. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a course is to discontinue use.
